Thursday night grace invited me out to SOPH BECK for some cheap drinks and a lesson in pole dancing. So I was down.. A fine alternative to the gym and delivers a fantastic work out (providing you minus the alcohol), building muscle tone and developing your core strength… It works ladies I am just getting over the pain today and it’s Sunday!

So this is where I went:



I’ve been hearing lots about this night recently. I had to witness it for myself. Even though on the guest list I made sure I was there early, there was no hanging around in the cold for me matey :) Last month I heard the club had reached its full capacity by 11.30pm and the Q to get in was still over a mile long!


Anyway I did some hard core skankin on Saturday night. It felt so good.

I met this pretty lady during the end of my night, her outfit was cool too.

6.30am anyway we get chucked out, buzzing around like a bumble bee i still want to party! Instead we end up in McDonald's for breakfast, and this guy i think he's tired?

Smiglet my driver(watch out he will chase you down the motorway). I'm telling him to take me to another party is he having it?? NO!

It's OK I'm still smiling though :)
