ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!
My birthday was so special, I swear it gets better and better each year!
Shaun took me on a scenic adventure around the endz, then treated me to a Mexican and a Margarita it was L♥verly. On the way we find lots of weird and wonderful things..
Come night time am ready to party, we head to the Russian Bar

Petal told me she was taking me somewhere and that it was a surprise, i was soo excited!! When i found out she booked secret tickets to see Sister Act, i was sooo HAPPPYYYYY :)
one of our favourite films of all times, the live show was amazing, slightly dirty but really fun! Thank you petal i love you truly madly deeply your the greatest!
After the show we went down some back street in bethnal green, ended up in this Klub Kool place...it was Bangin i found Shaun in there too Magic!

6 WEEKS..TO SOUL SEARCH..TO EXPLORE..TO LIVE..TO LOVE….TO CHOOSE MY OWN ADVENTURE!!
Most of you should know that a disturbed mind is not a healthy mind. It’s not calm it’s not free. Why should we put our selves through such pain? Negative, waste thoughts cause nothing but heartache, yet we still manage to do it to ourselves every once in a while. Why?
I could not take the mundane days any longer I had to take action. I was feeling adventurous I needed some sort of excitement. So I booked a flight, on a journey that took me far far away, one which opened my eyes and made me love and appreciate again. Most importantly focusing inwards and learning to maintain my peace was a perfect way to remember my original nature.
Mission: Backpack around South East Asia
My journey started in Thailand. Landing in chaotic Bangkok I end up, On Khao San Road where I find neon lights, fried bugs, endless bars, hawkers, tuk tuks and noise. It was like an explosion with boundless energy! I was feeling slightly daunted but it was so exciting! Greeted with Swadikaa (Hello in Thai) I walk through the manic congestion and look for food after an exhausting 15hour flight!

I don't have any tattoos but looking at Jade's makes me want one! Friendship is represented so beautifully i love it

we explored the temples, had a chat with the monks, and visited some really cool markets! During the evening we went to watch traditional Muay tai boxing which was icredible. check out the video below. i love the warm up dance moves and music!!
Me and Petal also took a cooking class while we were out there, this was the foood i made
The Party scene was pretty standard, but fun. If your in Siem Reap one thing i will recommend is to eat a "HAPPY PIZZA" ask for a special request it's a delightful treat :)

While we were in Phnom Pen we also visited the Genocide museum and the killing fields, this was a real sad day, i've not put any photographs up but if you would like to see please check my facebook. it's just horrific!

I thought this was so cool, the vietnamese man has a torch straped to his head and he is cleaning his mate's ear with some sort of tool!
After 7 days in Vietnam we flew back to Bangkok and landed on the Kwai River.

Beautiful Buddhist temples and lots of Buddha’s was the perfect place to reflect and relax. I love the glittering surfaces!
Roaming the back streets in the normal part of town we find this lovely street food stall were we meet this sweet girl and her mum.

Who will you go bed with? Was a night i ended up going to with the girls. We got considerably drunk this night and ended up in a cage, met this drummer..he was pretty hot yo.

Anyway after 3 days in Bangkok we fly to chiang mai weeeeeeeeeeeeee
I party with some really cool global travellers on my first night..Ending up in some beach club with a live band it was bangin!

With an abundance of cultural treasures, great natural beauty and some of the kindest people, Chiang Mai offered a supreme richness and diversity. My experience was amazing. Trekking in the jungle really challenged me mentally and emotionally, I’m not normally good with animals, bugs and nature but I survived and I felt quite proud! I was fascinated by the beauty of it all.We stayed with the hill tribes for 3 days. The hill tribes are nomadic peoples who have migrated from southern china along various routes into Burma, Thailand and Laos. They wear colourful bejewelled costumes and live in simple huts.

Starting in Siem Reap we explore the country with immense cultural and historical contrast. In April 1975 Cambodia came under the control of Pol Pot's Khumer Rouge regime and fell victim to failed political ideal that left over two million of the nations citizens dead from disease, malnutrition and persecution. I did not know much about this war but when I read Loung Ung's book ‘First they killed my father - a daughter of Cambodia remembers’, I felt sick to my bones to hear such a horrific and harrowing true story! I felt so sad. This was one place that really opened my eyes. Being in Cambodia really made me think about life and how it should be appreciated a lot more! We all from time to time complain about not having enough money, a nice house, a new car, enough clothes and the latest I phone, all the superficial things in the world which don’t mean shit! We need to stop complaining and learn to love and appreciate what we have in our lives, Cambodia has defiantly made me realise! The war is over now but the country is still very much raw, undeveloped and struck with poverty. The Cambodian people are without doubt survivors which I admire greatly!
we visited a local orphanage where we donated books, pens and fruit to the local kids. It was loverly to see a smile put on their faces! We danced and played with the kids for 2 days, they had lots of fun it was amazing! It was a pretty emotional day.

Architectually facinating, Angkor wat is not simply a Temple. We hired a tuk tuk and went to explore one the the worlds greatest landmarks.

We climed up a massive hill before we could reach this part of the temple. I was shit scared going up the stairs i'm not going to lie! The stairs to the top were straight and narrow, no slants just a straight verticle drop! i didn't look down i made it to the top!

It is no wonder why the Khumer people take pride in their culture and heritage when you see something so beautiful. Themes of balance, negativity, temptation and spiritual maturity are all contained in this extroidinary work of Khumer art. Simply inspirational.

This is our view from the drunkun frog guesthouse. The Khumer people are fishing, with a really intresting technique which was quite cool to watch.

Our final part of the journey ended on the islands Koh Phangan, Koh Phi Phi and Phuket were we did nothing but soak up the sun, swim in clear blue sea, relax and party hard! Overall this journey was an amazing experience I am never going to forget. I would however like to warn you of a few things:

On a final note this journey has done me a world of good, we need courage to be true to ourselves in today's artificial world. Life is too short live it, love it and follow your dreams!
